CAMBRIA DUSTER COAT
The Cambria Duster is a versatile and staple fall piece. It has a dramatic, wide draped shawl-style collar. It is a shin length, unlined duster that is perfect for layering. Tie the ties in back for a clean, shapely look, or wrap them around in front for a little more coverage.
FABRIC:
This pattern is designed for woven fabrics but can be made out of a knit as well. It would look great out of anything with a bit of drape like a rayon twill, gabardine, rayon challis, etc. It would also look great out of something a little warmer with more body, like a light wool or a boucle!
RUNAROUND BAG-NOODLEHEAD
It’s called the Runaround Bag because I think it’s the perfect size for running errands and regular day-to-day stuff. It’ll hold all your goodies but not so many that your shoulder will feel like it’s breaking off!

TAKE A STAND
THISTLE
These pretty, prickly thistles are made with simple diagonal seams and are perfect for using small pieces of your favorite colorful fabrics.
This pattern includes instructions for making a 24″ pillow cover, and large and small lap quilts using a 6″ x 18″ pieced thistle block.
The thistle blocks are made using conventional piecing methods. No paper piecing or templates are used. You will just need your favorite fabric marking tool. A complete list of the pieces needed for a single block is also included, so it’s easy to use scraps and/or make blocks to use in other projects.

Pointy includes instructions for making 4½” x 30½” patchwork arrows for a small or large quilt. The arrows are pieced using conventional patchwork techniques, with no paper piecing or templates. Pointy is a flexible pattern that can be made with pre-cut fabrics, fat eighths, or scraps. This Modern quilt pattern looks great in graduated solids or scrappy prints on colored or white backgrounds … the pattern works in all color combinations. It would also work great in wools.
