The finishing technique used in a sewing project can make all the difference between ‘Homemade’ & ‘Handmade’
In this online workshop we will guide you through various seams and hemming techniques and introduce you to some essential tips and tricks to achieve a polished and professional finish whilst indicating where and when to use each of them.
This is an online workshop that will be conducted over zoom. We have a three-way camera system that will allow viewing at different angles to enhance your learning. You will receive a fabric sample pack along with a work booklet to make your notes and save your samples. You will also have access to a recorded session of each of the tasks for your future reference.
What You Will Learn
In this workshop we will explore the different methods of seaming and hemming. Yes, there are many ways for both! From basic finishes to the most beautiful of couture.

- Your Machine plus a basic sewing Kit – Thread, scissors, pins etc
